House Van Riebeeckshof

This home in Van Riebeeckshof was redesigned and rebuilt. Construction included a new wing, entire roof replacement and refinishing.

The project involved complex earthworks and reinforced concrete below the foundation level of the existing house. Included were a koi pond, a swimming pool supported on pads and columns, and a plant room below the pool for filtration, pumps and geysers. Project manager - Mark de Swardt
