House Fresnaye
Situated on the slopes of Lions Head, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this apartment was transformed into a
modern, open plan penthouse.
The finishes included ground epoxy substrate flooring, full length floor to ceiling tiles and shower screens,
a curved glass balustrade, swimming pool and raised timber decks. With input from the client, a retired
architect, the finishes were to exacting standards and precision was key to achieve the results required with
