House Oranjezicht, Cape Town
Technically and logistically, the rebuild of this 1930's home overlooking Table Bay, posed a number of
interesting challenges. Our brief was to renovate and extend the house using the existing structure. The
building was extensively demolished, added to and rebuilt.
This project demanded a dedicated team of skilled workmen and professionals, and a hands-on approach with
meticulous attention to detail. Combined with sound construction, a very satisfying result was obtained. Project manager - Mark de Swardt
